Double Glazed Insulated Glass

Double glazed insulated glass is made with two or more glass panes combined through aluminium spacers, warm edge spacers, sealant, and desiccant. A sealed air layer or inert gas layer is formed between the glass panes. This structure helps reduce heat transfer, lower condensation risk, and improve the sound insulation performance of doors, windows, and curtain wall systems.

Compared with single glass, this product is more suitable for building areas that need daylight, thermal insulation, and comfort at the same time. It can be used in residences, office buildings, hotels, apartments, schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, sunrooms, glass roofs, and energy-saving renovation projects.

Common structures include 5+9A+5, 5+12A+5, 6+12A+6, 6+16A+6, and 8+12A+8. Triple-glass double-cavity structures can also be made according to project needs.

Common cavity thickness options include 6A, 9A, 12A, 15A, 16A, and 20A. Glass choices include tempered glass, laminated glass, Low-E glass, tinted glass, reflective coated glass, frosted glass, or ultra-clear glass. Gas filling options include air, argon, or other inert gases. These configurations allow the product to match different climate areas, energy-saving requirements, and building orientations.
