Glass options include 5+12A+5, 5+15A+5, and 6+12A+6 insulated glass. The glass can also be upgraded to Low-E insulated glass, laminated glass, or triple glazing systems. According to window size and wind pressure requirements, galvanized steel reinforcement can be added inside the profile. Common steel reinforcement thickness is about 1.2mm to 2.0mm.

The main purchasing value of this window lies in insulation, sealing, and noise reduction. uPVC profiles have low thermal conductivity. When combined with multi-chamber profiles and insulated glass, they are suitable for cold regions, areas with large temperature differences, and energy-saving buildings.

The sealing system can use EPDM strips or TPE sealing strips, with double or triple sealing structures. When matched with multi-point locking hardware, the sash closes more tightly. This supports better air tightness, water tightness, and daily use safety.

Before ordering, buyers should confirm the opening direction, chamber structure, glass combination, steel reinforcement thickness, and sealing configuration. The product can be manufactured according to technical drawings or samples. Samples can be provided before mass production.

During production, each step can be tracked, inspected, and reviewed. Before packaging, products receive 100% inspection, and third-party inspection is accepted. The standard production cycle is 30 days after materials enter the factory. For customized products, the production cycle is 35 days after materials enter the factory.
