These are melted at high temperatures, shaped, and cooled to form the final product. The basic production process for glass packaging containers involves raw material preparation, weighing, mixing, furnace melting, shaping, annealing, inspection, packaging, and warehousing.
Blowing is a common forming method in glass manufacturing, which can be divided into manual blowing and machine blowing. Manual blowing, commonly known as "blowing large bubbles," was introduced to China from Central Asia in the 5th century, driving the development of Chinese glass manufacturing technology. From then on, China began using blowing methods to manufacture hollow glassware, i.e., glass containers. Mold blowing involves first making a hollow mold from copper or iron, then using a blowtorch to dip into molten glass, placing it inside the mold, and blowing until the molten glass completely fills the inner wall of the mold. After cooling, the mold is removed, and the glass is finished.
Currently, row-type bottle-making machines have become the mainstream type of equipment for manufacturing glass containers (bottles and jars). Since producing its first row-type bottle-making machine in 1965, my country has developed and produced various configurations of row-type bottle-making machines, including single-drop, double-drop, and triple-drop models, and has equipped these machines with electronic control systems possessing independent intellectual property rights.
Glass insulated containers are products that use glass as the primary material and achieve their insulation function through processes such as vacuum insulation layers and ceramic coatings.
